But there is one big difference for leaders in the public sector: The cooperation between officials and politicians.
At least in municipalities there usually is confusion about where the border between operational work and strategical decision making goes. For this purpose, there are workshops where participants from both groups work together to find consensus on work role and results-oriented, respectful dialogue. The workshop is about five hours long, including short lectures on law, communication and decision making. After working in teams the group finally decide on the rules for their future cooperation.
